About Source Connection Energy Healing and Wellness Stud
Source Connection is dedicated to offering clients a space for healing as well as learning. Our principals are based in Usui Reiki, and we embrace the healing power of unconditional love, empathy, and non-judgment. We are thankful for the time you have taken to honor what may be the start or next step in your healing path by viewing our information. If you have any questions or need guidance in deciding how to choose a healer or teacher, please do not hesitate to contact us directly, we recognize this is an investment in your future. We offer individual healing session, group meditations, and classes/certifications for Reiki I, II and III/Master level. Our healing sessions include intuitive guidance, chakra balancing, crystal healing/singing bowl therapy, and tuning forks. Reiki seeks to restore order to the mind, body, and soul. It is useful to anyone whose energy has become unbalanced. The healing energy of Reiki can be used to provide relief from conditions such as fatigue, pain, anxiety, negative side effects of treatments and medications, and joint problems to name a few. It is also used to assist in healing past emotional trauma.

My name is Michelle, thank you so much for visiting! I am a 6th generation Usui Reiki III and Master Teacher. I'd like to tell you a little about myself; I look forward to meeting you!
I was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona, a beautiful place to grow up and experience youth. Much of our time was spent outdoors experiencing all that the sacred mountains had to offer. We were lucky enough to be surrounded by some of the world's most beautiful landscapes including the Grand Canyon, Sedona and San Francisco Peaks. In 2002, I left the beautiful city and moved to Mesa, Arizona and have been in the Valley of the Sun ever since.
At a very young age, I recall knowing I was a little different, that I experienced things in a more intense and unique way than everyone around me. I looked at the world through a very different lens. I could see and feel things that others didn't seem to experience. My perspective sometimes made it difficult to feel understood. As I got older and realized I wasn't experiencing things in a "normal" way, I closed off what I now know is my intuitive side.
In 1996 I began a successful banking career spanning 16 years. No matter how much I accomplished, I never felt fulfilled. I always felt a deep pull to help others but had no idea what that meant except, that it didn't seem possible in the world of finance for me. Fast forward to the end of 2014 when I haphazardly said aloud to the Universe, "I need a major emotional and spiritual shift..." Wow! I had no idea what that meant but I can say today that I'm so glad I asked. I was led to an excellent intuitive healer and received beautiful validating messages from my spirit guides. It was very clear that I needed to use my unique gifts to help others through energy work. I have always felt compelled to reach for others when they experience physical or emotional pain. Often I feel their pain as if it were my own. Within days of receiving the message, I found a like-minded meditation group and then quickly signed up for an energy healing certification course. I knew right away I had found my calling - FINALLY!
Next, I was led to Reiki, receiving training under Reiki Master Marsha Craven, and here I am today, offering my gift to help others improve their lives mentally, physically, emotionally, spiritually and energetically by channeling life force energy.

About the lesson

These classes are set up as healing day's and include multiple meditations, hands-on practice and 1:1 healing sessions. If you have been feeling drawn to learn, this is a perfect class to join. Reiki I allows you to immediately begin offering Reiki to others, pets and most importantly practice self-healing. Reiki II you will be taught how to use distant reiki which also includes karmic and past-life healing instruction. Reiki III/Master classes are meant for those who intend to teach and go into private practice.
Classes are typically held on Saturday's from 9a-6pm, each level is a seperate class. Class sizes vary from 2-6 people and occasionally may have as many as 8 attending. Classes are kept inentionally small.
