About Amy
My name is Amy, and I’m passionate about empoweringpeople to own their own health and vitality by creating balancein the body. When the body is balanced, it has a remarkable ability to self-heal and self-regulate. I love Reiki because of its simplicity and effectiveness, and I never tire of seeing how it can be a transformative catalyst for self-healing, personal growth (physical, emotional & spiritual), and life transformation. Sometimes the shift is significant, other times it is subtle. Regardless, the value that self-healing brings is priceless. I am a Reiki practitioner, I teach all levels of Reiki, I offer energy medicine sessions (to increase immune response and stress resiliency), and I also work one on one with people to discover how to make the body’s energy work naturally in their favor. My philosophy is that All healing is self-healing, and we ALL have the ability to harness and use our own energy to create the shifts needed for optimal health. My workshops and Reiki sessions are typically offered in a beautiful space in Parker, CO (80138).
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified Medical Reiki Master, a Registered Karuna Reiki ® Master, Certified Emotion Code TM Practitioner, and Certified Yoga Instructor. I love helping people feel whole again, because at our core being, we are all perfect, healthy and whole! I offer Reiki sessions at iThrive Yoga in Parker on Wednesdays. I typically offer workshops for all levels of Reiki every 2-3 months in Parker, CO or SE Aurora. I intentionally keep the classes small, as they are both interactive and experiential. I love Reiki because it is profoundly effective, yet so simple. You can attend a one day workshop (for each level) and leave with a certification and the ability to practice on yourself, your family, your friends and your pets immediately.
