About Lauren
I am going to be an elementary teacher soon, and I would love to help students grow in their educational confidence. Students always remember positive and negative experiences in school, so I hope to provide an encouraging and fun environment so that they take these summer memories and start the school year with ease and a head start. My teaching philosophy is all about catering to the student's needs and discovering what methods are effective and fun for them.
I have found that students learn best in a creative environment where they can learn and play at the same time. It is so exciting to see a student become more comfortable with the material they work with, and depending on the student, we can develop surrounding skills in any subject through time to be ready to focus on the main area of need.
