About
Hi, I'm Andrea and I like to call myself the story advocate. I spend lots of my time working with authors, helping them write and publish their stories for the world to read.
What I love most about my work is that it's origin is in a passion for reading and writing that began in kindergarten. These skills open doors to a world of opportunities, and I enjoy sharing that gift with my students.
When you learn with me, we have fun! I have worked with students of all ages, from as young as PreK to adults. In our first meetup, I'll discover a bit about your goals and what reading/writing areas need to be strengthened. Then, I'll create a curriculum tailored to your specific needs.
My degree is in journalism. And in the last six years, I've coached dozens of students. My favorite part is seeing that "I got it" spark in their eyes when a new concept finally clicks.
