About Jenny
We offer private and semi private Pilates lessons as well as a type of Physical Therapy that specifcially targets muscles needing extra support. This reuslts in increased fitness and decreased pain. Jenny has been teaching Pilates for 18 years and doing MAT (Muscle Activation Techniques) for six years. Focused, varied and intense, no one knows her craft like Jenny Miller. Vajra Pilates is a great choice for beginners wanting to gain core and back strength as well as Pilates devotees who want superior and challenging workouts. Jenny is the best.
