About Shivangi
I offer piano lessons as well as music theory and music history. I started my studies in Romania, where I participated in different competitions and festivals. My experience teaching is vast and have taught students all ages, therefore I can adjust to each person individually and teach in either European style or American style. After starting my bachelor degree at Sam Houston State University where I am currently studying, my experience extends to teaching and coaching instrumentalists and vocalists.
I love teaching students all ages and see how much they can progress in a short amount of time. My goal as a teacher is to be sure that each student is able to read music and play anything they wish.
I studied piano for 12 years during my school years in Romania. Currently I am majoring in Piano Performance at Sam Houston State University. I will finish my undergraduate degree next spring.
