About Phillip
I bring my expertise from the world of strength and conditioning and as a former track and field athlete into the private realm to cater a training program to you! I love getting creative with workouts and exercises to keep things fun, while always including the basics that will provide you the best bang for your buck!
Working with people to acheive their goals. Nothing is better than seeing the progress that someone didn't even know they could get! Hopefully I can help you to take the next step!
I fell in love with the weight room as a track athlete in college. I realized how much the work I put in would help on the track and started to learn as much as I could. Upon graduating, I started to coach others. I knew that coaching was what I wanted to do. The look in a clients eyes when they finally achieve their goal is absolutely amazing!
I have a M.S. in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland. I am also a certified personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, Olympic weight lifting coach, and track and field coach.

After we decide on dates and times we run a quick assesment. I want to see where you are, what you want to improve on, and how I can help! This includes talking through goals and physical tests.
Clients ranging from 15-50.
Getting along with the teacher is the most important part of this process. If you don't have fun with the teacher, then you will never see your full potential realized.
I am a huge sports person. I love watching all sports, so I would have to say the most recent professional championship.
