About Daniel
My name is Coach Daniel and I love helping people reach their fitness goals, it is my passion, I grew up as a skinny kid and I couldn’t gain any muscle for years, but then I cracked the code on gaining muscle as a hardgainer and an ectomorph, then in my powerlifting years I gained a ton of weight and was considered obese and then I lost 50lbs, so I can help you because I’ve been in your shoes myself. I offer a 12 week online coaching program where I work with you one on one you will get customized workouts via phone app or any mobile device, this app is where you would track your workouts and I would track what you have done, weekly accountability check ins and 24hour access to my email for questions or concerns throughout the program.
its always been my passion to help people reach their goals and I’ve always had a certain way of doing it that people like
I have been one on one personal training since 2008, supplying nutrition plans and workout plans, online coaching and supplement nutrition
