About Kipp
Change is constant. Or as Yoda would put it: “Always in motion is the future”.
For Aliya and I, it’s all about the “journey”. We started KALFIT with the purpose of creating a “lifestyle” change with a focus on health and wellness thru physical fitness. We think that the biggest mistake people make has everything to do with thinking about what they expect six months from now instead of focusing on crushing it right now. Change is good and in most cases it can be easily accomplished, if one is willing to take that first step.
Common across the board, people tend to have unrealistic expectations. And part of that is it’s based on personal ego and not health and wellness .... But we also think that most people who start workout programs put all their focus on the scale, a tape measure, the reflection in the mirror and the hope that people will say really nice things about how they look in the future.” What we see is that people need “accountability” to help establish and maintain health and wellness goals. The accountability piece plays a huge role in establishing good healthy habits. KALFIT has a solution to assist with this issue.
None of this has anything to do with your health, your wellness, your fitness, your durability, your lack of vulnerability to illness and injuries, and that’s where we think you should start. it’s all about prioritizing and purpose, if your purpose is more about ‘I wanna do more, feel better, be less vulnerable, be more durable, and actually function well in my own flesh,’ then KALFIT is a great place to start.
“Ultimately KALFIT wants to create lifestyle programs through proper nutrition, fitness, and accountability. The idea here is to focus on being a better person, a more productive person, a less sick person, a better father, mother, sister, brother, uncle, aunt, a better employee, someone who says ‘yes’ to things that are physically or emotionally challenging, as opposed to what they used to do prior to exercising and eating well.” At KALFIT you will become stronger and faster and become more accountable towards your life goals.
