About Chris
I teach busy people how to make fitness a lifestyle by helping them shift their priorities, manage their time, and build healthy skills that serve them for a lifetime.
I'm certified as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, group fitness instructor, and weight loss specialist. I also have a degree in exercise science and 6+ years of experience managing fitness studios and training clients.
I train most clients online in order to deliver an exceptional level of support and accountability. I do take on some in-person and virtual personal training clients who are serious about achieving their goals, like 1:1 interaction, and instant feedback.
I've been there...so I'm empathetic to the struggle. I battled a negative body image and a lack of confidence for most of my life. I struggled with disordered eating and had a poor relationship with food and fitness.
Once I figured out the magic formula and developed skills that suit my goals I was able to see life differently.
I knew I had to package that into my coaching program to help others break free from the things holding them back.
Everyone deserves to feel their best and I think the word "healthy" is a vibe. We all want to look and feel our best but that means something different to everyone and where they're at in their life. I help my people clarify their values and priorities so they can focus on what truly matters.
Truthfully I'm extremely proud of what I do. I've helped men and women take their life back that that's something that will always keep me motivated and inspired to keep improving my offer and my skills.

I will typically hop on 1-2 phone calls to make sure we are a great fit and that I'm the right person to take you to the finish line and reach your goals.
These days with CV19 I'm helping more and more clients transition to an online coaching platform. For some students, that will replace in-person training, and for others, it doesn't.
I take a custom approach to everything I do and often perform a virtual movement screen to get to know a new student and see them move their body...this gives me valuable insight into what we need to make a priority and how I can program to keep them safe!
Everyone wants to feel healthy. I work with students to optimize their foundations...after that we work on body-recomposition to some degree.
For most students, that relates to weight loss and body-recomposition (less fat, better shape).
Ask for proof. Ask for references. Get to know the coach. Buy on trust and not on the lowest price. In personal training, inexperienced trainers often charged the least...and that's what you're going to get (someone who doesn't know what they're doing) and you become the person to experiment on.
