About Rock
Having always prioritized cleanliness and privacy, we were prepared when COVID-19 shut us down. We currently have a private outdoor space attached to our gym open for training with most of our equipment available for use. You'll find the most comfortable, ergonomic, and effective equipment in town. If you want to stop going through the motions and learn how to truly tap into your potential in movement, nutrition, and mindset, you'll love what we do. What are you looking for? Strength? That's easy. Flexibility? Easy with daily practice and reducing inflammatory foods. Core connection? A little more challenging but possible for everyone. Fewer aches and pains? We hear it from client after client. Weight loss? If you're ready to make the changes, we deliver results. More energy? You bet ya. Better sleep? That too. Improved confidence? We spend the first three sessions assessing movement, learning what exercise you can do, and building a program with you that you will stick to.
My clients are some of the most amazing people I've ever met. They are game-changers, doers, believers, and go-getters. I've worked with overweight teens looking for motivation and direction, seniors who are now outrunning their kids, doctors, physical therapists, teachers, people new to exercise, competitive cross-fitters, and everything in between.
Ask lots of questions. Ask about their experience with clients like you. Have them walk you through a session. Make sure you like being around them. Do they inspire you? Do they understand your goals and limitations? Do you feel comfortable with them?
Over the course of one year, Noelle lost 90 pounds and got her pre-baby body back after not taking the weight gain seriously during the pregnancy. Details
Pricing is available on our website. You can book sessions as frequently as you like. We are currently offering discounts on mobile and couples training. We have no additional fees for mobile training, depending on location. This is a savings of up to $50/session. We are also offering a 50% discount on adding an additional person to your workout. Currently $20 instead of $40/session.
