About Steve
Onward Fitness has some of the best personal trainers in RVA. It's not just the certifications and experience - we CARE. We don't simply put people through workouts...we educate folks on how to do the right things the right way, help troubleshoot individual issues and training plateaus, and enjoy empowering individuals in making fitness a real part of life - not just a brief phase.
It sounds corny, but we truly do love helping people. Helping someone lose fat, get stronger, increase their cardiovascular endurance, improve their confidence and get healthier overall is INCREDIBLY rewarding.
Our Personal trainers are all nationally-certified via certifying entities requiring ongoing continuing education. This can entail online learning, industry publications, classes, workshops and other sources.
