About Joel
Coaching is the most important aspect of training. It's a lost skill and service and that's where I put my emphasis. I don't merely "kick your ass" for the hour but coach you on fundamentals and reasoning for your programs. My goal is to build self sufficiency in my clients as well as meeting their health and fitness goals through tried and true strength training.
I love witnessing the progress in the people I work with and how it reflects and enhances other parts of their lives. Progressing in strength has many parallels to life, relationships and business. It teaches you grind and accelerate through tough patches and obstacles. It also teaches you how to fail, having to step back, strategize and build a plan to lift the weight you once couldn't. That's true in life as well.
