About Sheryl
We are the world's first sport, health, and fitness training organization that utilizes the science of human behavior and data analytics to coach and train individuals from age 6 & up.
Our coaches and trainers combine their experience as former NCAA and professional athletes in sports like Basketball, Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball, Gymnastics, Personal and Sports Performance Training, and Nutrition with being Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analysts to produce winning results for our clients of all ages and skill levels.

Sheryl Eaglin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to TeamABA. Sheryl played volleyball collegiately at Xavier University of Louisiana excelling as a star on the court as well as in the classroom. She went on to obtain her master’s degree in Sport Science, Sports Medicine from the US Sports Academy and then earned her masters of Education in Athletic Administration from the University of New Orleans.
As a Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiner’s Licensed Athletic Trainer, Sheryl has worked with various athletes from the youth to the professional levels. She has worked with the University of New Orleans and the NFL.
Sheryl passion for the game of volleyball and coaching is evident in coaching young players who wish to emulate her outstanding career. She has been coaching for over 20 years and currently coaches scholastically at Helen Cox High School and elite club travel at Blue Crab Volleyball Club.
We are very passionate about three things:
1. Helping people achieve their goals
2. Sports, Health, and Fitness Coaching
3. Behavior Analysis and Data Collection

Our first session is always FREE. This will allow us to evaluate an appropriate training program that will accelerate the process of meeting individual goals
We have locations all over the country
Phoenix Metro, Washington DC Metro, New Orleans, San Diego, Phoenix, Houston, and more to come. We also provide virtual health and fitness training online at teamabawellness.com (Coming January 2021)
Group or private training offered
Capacity: 6 Athletes
Ages: 9 to 13
Athletes will focus on mastering their skills into more complex aspects of the game such as rotations and strategy. Sessions will have a personal feel as coaches will provide individual feedback, review video, and chart their progress by using data analytics powered by sports behavior analysis. *Athletes will be grouped based on skill level.
Level 1: Pinpointing form and technique in Isolation
Level 2: Perfecting fluent fundamentals in Movement
Level 3: Transferring accelerated skills into game situations in Game Play
Stength and Conditioning
Capacity: 6 Athletes
Ages: 9 and Up
Athletes will supplement their skills training with an individualized strength, conditioning, speed, agility and explosive training program ground in sports behavior analysis. Trainers will provide corrective feedback and chart their progress by using data analytics powered by GRIT Fitness (concealed information)
We work with clients from the age of 6 years old on up. We have consulted with the NBA, NFL, NCAA, as well as many applied behavior analysis agencies all over the country.
We have also worked with children and adults with special needs.
We have the right program for your needs.
Stay patient and focus as it is not a sprint but a marathon. Everyday is a chance to get better and to learn something new.
Being able to coach her first client using the science of human behavior and movement along with next generation data analytics. It has truly enhanced her coaching skill set.
