About Christine
We are a well qualified Fitenss Studio that uses mostly Vibration training. A 27 minute workout that uses every body part and is equivalent to a 1.5 hour regular gym workout.

We enloy having available a 30 minute or less workout for the individual that doesn't have time for a regular hour+ session or the person that has limitations and can't handle the stress of a regular workout session.
Having this available along with watch Thier resluts come together much safer and quicker makes a Fitness Coach like myself a happy person 🤸🏻♀️
We have over 30 years experience in one on one personal training in strength, stretch, water training, toning, Parkinsons training, neuropathy, fibromyalgia, Lyme's disease and other sorts of disability training.
Are workouts mostly consists of a 30 minute workout.

Filling out the health history form and understanding what the clients needs and wants are, then if they are interested in the vibration training we will teach and explain the fundamentals while testing their strengths, flexibility and find any weaknesses. If vibration training isn't their thing we would do the same as above with the machine. 🤸🏻♀️
