About Lynval
2020 is here, let's work together to get that body you deserve this year! My name is Lynval Scott, representing Body and Mind Fitness LLC. I have bachelor's degree in nursing, so I'm well versed in the structure and function of the human body. In addition, I'm a level II ISSA strength and conditioning coach. My mission is to help you achieve your fitness/health goals and one day operating autonomously without ever needing a personal trainer again.
This is done through constant education during workout session. With Body and Mind Fitness, you will learn how to:

-Learn how to build strength
-Plate Counting
-Basic lifestyle changes
-Meal education

I'm just tired of seeing the same type of trainers in these box gyms that are there to collect a pay check rather than focusing on the client. If I had a dollar for everytime I have seen a trainer train a client with bad form I would be on the Forbes list. I want training to be fun again and make it something you look forward to, not just another trainer on their cellphone as you perform your reps but a trainer who is willing to start that journey with you side by side

I think it's very important for the trainer and as well for the customer to have that initial consultation. This gives us the time to discuss your main concerns and for us to get a good feel for each other. You want a trainer that you will feel comfortable around and has the knowledge to help you succeed. We will discuss your goals and come up with workout regimen that will help reach your goal. Also, we will talk about any medical issues or limitations.

Details
Pricing is very straightforward. The more sessions you get the more you save. This allows us to have the most time together, increasing the likelihood for you to meet your goal. Hourly rate is $65 per hour but if you want to tag a friend you then prices drop to $55 per hour for each person. If you have a third friend then it goes to $45 per person and $35 per hour for four.
