About Shannon
Small group training as well as one on one training without a big gym environment. Much more private and less intimidating! Come and see! Ive been in the fitness industry for almost 20 years now as a trainer, and group fitness instructor. My history of dance, full contact kickboxing and general fitness give things a different flair. Pregnant women and post pregnancy women are also a specialty of mine.
I started right after graduating high school when I was approached in a group fitness class.
Certified Trainer through Nesta. CPR and First Aid Certified through Red Cross.

A phone consult and then come into a class, and or/ a consult as well for just personal training sessions to discuss goals etc.
I work with all ages, sizes and levels of Athletes. From a beginner level Athlete just starting out, all the way to an Elite Athlete. I do a lot of work with pregnancy and post pregnancy clients as well.
If you are looking for a small home studio, without the intimidation of a big gym as well as a family feel- this is your place!
A client of mine who had been taking classes with me for almost 2 years decided she was ready to amp it up by changing her nutrition and adding in personal training to her workout regimen. With me monitoring her diet and workouts closely- she decreased her waist, chest and hips by 4, 4 and 6 inches in a 6 month time and increased her lean mass significantly- then lowering her body fat by 6%.
