About Chris
Chris Atkins is an experienced personal trainer based out of Broad Ripple, Indiana. He is a trainer at So.Be.Fit personal training. His movement based training addresses muscle imbalances brought on by injuries, inactivity and aging. With his methods you will rediscover the freedom in which you moved when you were younger. You will also gain muscle and lose fat in the process. Chris also practices and endorses a whole-food, plant based diet for optimal health and performance. Chris has been training since 2012 and holds certifications and Qualifications as Certified Natural Trainer, DVRT Level I trainer and TRX Qualified trainer.
