About Devon
I am a highly experienced and versatile International Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. With over 30 years of expertise as a personal trainer for UK celebrities, I bring a wealth of knowledge and certifications to ensure top-notch fitness training for your clients. I was the Feature Fitness Writer for a National UK Magazine. A Master Trainer and Fitness Examiner for the AOGB and I traveled throughout Europe conducting workshops, masterclasses and certifying fitness instructors and personal trainers.
My extensive list of certifications includes AFAA, NAFC, AOGB, and many more, covering a wide range of fitness modalities. From Les Mills Body Pump (AIM) and Body Combat to cycling, step, Tabata, HIIT, and strength training.

First we discover your fitness goals, go over any medical conditions that may restrict certain exercises. Then we look at your current diet and work to improve your eating plan. I will find out what type of exercise you most enjoy, how often you can commit to working out per week, and then we design a balanced fitness and nutrition plan to get you in the best shape of your life!
I have worked with all types of students from all walks of life.
Make sure they are certified, experienced and knowledgeable.
You should enjoy your workout and the exercises should be safe and effective!
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Be honest with your current eating plan and be realistic with your expectations. Disclose any injuries, illness or restrictions so your trainer can design a workout that does not exacerbate any existing issues.
