About Christopher
I hold a masters degree in exercise science and sports nutrition. I was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Concordia college for 6 months. I served in the U.S. Army for 20 years and helped soldiers become faster and stronger. I know the mental toughness and intestinal fortitude that today’s athletes need to reach the next level of training
Was injured while serving in the military and part of my rehab was to work with a certified strength and conditioning coach that taught me how to use weight training to benefit how my body moves after being injured.
Currently studying for my Masters degree in exercise science and sports nutrition. I hold TSAC-F certification. Trained numerous soldiers and security personnel. Did 1 year internship as a strength and conditioning coach. Training variety of athletes
