About Sal
I'm a certified fitness trainer with over 8 years of training experience, training with all types of clients helping them achieve a better body and just feel comfortable with their bodies and enjoy all the great things of working out. I've trained with major gym facilities as well as currently through clients homes, condo and hotel gyms. I offer a different and unique custom exercise program tailored to my clients needs. I take the guess work out of creating and safely implement an effective exercise program. You won't find a pretend drill sergeant that will push to the point of getting hurt but instead provide a safe, effective yet challenging and fun exercise program! We will work together to help you reach your goals, track your progress and most important offer the motivation that is crucial in reaching your fitness success! Unlike a fitness facility where you have to travel to and pay an additional membership to the gym to even take advantage of the training program plus additional initiation fees. In home personal training is perfect for someone prefers to be trained in the comfort of your own place such as a home gym, private or condominium gym, think of it as a workout that comes to you! One on one training or train with a friend and make working out even more fun, Partner Training (2 people) is a great way to workout with a friend, think of it as a more specialized mini boot camp with a more personal touch without the problems of large boot camps such as neglecting form and working through injuries or falling behind an advanced group or inconvenient workout times.

We set up a free session and assessment typically of an hour duration where we meet face to face , discuss goals, check out a clients workout facility then come up with a fitness plan and if all goes well then book our first session!
