About Frank
I have had very good results from novice painters to seasoned artist.
I enjoy the light that comes on when a student ‘Gets it.” When they see what they have created and that it exceeds their expectations. I enjoy the synergy and the camaraderie of a group of like minded people working together and enjoying the accomplishments of their work.
I have a fine art degree from the University of West Florida, and I have studied at the National Gallery in London, the Uffizi in Florence, The Tate Galleries in the UK, and several other notable Museums in the USA.

I create a non-judgmental environment where the student of oil can explore and learn the various techniques of oil painting and how different paint works with in a painting.
I stress the problem of "seeing" what the student is looking at, and understanding the relationships of the various elements in their painting.

Details
For individual one on one oil painting work I charge a minimum
of $25 her hour…and usually I recommend an hour and a half or two hour sessions.
At my Hobby Lobby oil painting group which meets on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 P.M. I charge $15 per meeting. I recommend buying 4 meetings at a time for $50… a $10 savings.
Everything else is negotiable.
I can come to you at your house/studio/painting room and the fees can be decided depending on the frequency of visits.
