About Noelle
I have an art studio complete with all a student will need to begin learning either acrylic or oil painting. I love to teach beginning adults and children. I can also teach a group!
I love all things art. I especially love to teach beginning oil painting. I paint right along side my students, and I like to say we learn from each other.
I am a self taught artist. I like to study artists that I find interesting. I believe we all have an artist in us. I believe in learning the rules, and then exploring individual style.

Perfect! Noelle made the entire process relaxing and engaging at the same time. She provides a framework for the techniques you will be using and then encourages you to express and develop your own still. Noelle is a true artist and a wonderful teacher. I would certainly love to paint with her again.

Noelle is an exceptional instructor. She has taught my daughter so many techniques in art that has made such an improvement in just a few lessons. She encourages and inspires her in a positive environment. My daughter looks forward to going to art lessons every week. Assumption Art lets her creativity soar and has shown her how to have fun painting. My daughter has went from a little girl that likes to draw to a girl that has had her artwork displayed at an art gallery in NY! We absolutely love the people and the atmosphere at Assumtion Art
Mrs. Kolb took her time explaining the techniques, showing us how much paint we should use and when, and how to blend the colors. Excellent teacher!!
