About Valbona
I have a major in English and minor in Art from Salem State University. Painting for sixteen years has given me a lot of confidence. In addition I have passion for art, genuine care to give and teach and strong desire for my students to succed.
As I always remember the emotions and excitment when I took my first painting class, I enjoy giving the enthusiasm to the students and increasing their confidence as well. It is a process of accomplishment which really excites me.
By teaching individuals who were interested in learning how to paint.
A minor in art and experience in painting has made me fluent with tecniques of painting, a deegre in English Literature has enriched my soul and a self education in interior decorating and garden design have given me wealth of taste, fantasy and creativity. My eyes have been trained to distinguish and create an unique beauty.

1.I will introduce the main colors to her/him.

3. I will introduce different hues starting from the lightest one and continue to the darkest. For example we could paint different shades of Gray.
4. I will explain how to play with light and shade in order to create depth in an object . Painting together a small object ( for example apple) will make the understanding easy.
5. I will explain the beauty and importance of the composition. I will help you to paint the first still life.
6. I will explain what it makes a three-dimentional painting. With my close attention and patience I will help you to paint a landscape.
I have worked with kids and adults.
My advise to a student looking to hire an art teacher would be the teacher should have passion, genuine care, patience, love of teaching and a strong desire for her/him student to succed.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Learning how to paint is a process that needs a lot of observation, patience and perserverence. I think they should ask how patient the teacher wil be and how much close the teacher will work with them.
