About Linda
Hello, My name is Linda. I have recently moved to Ocala and I enjoy meeting new people. I have been practicing breathwork, meditation and mindfulness for a few years myself and have found more balance and ease in my life through this practice. I started teaching meditation and mindfulness because many friends pointed out to me how much they enjoy my calm nature and my soothing voice when they meditate with me and how easy it is for them to follow along and relax.
In addition I am also certified in an experiential art therapy process and provide this service to anyone who is wanting to let go of fears, limiting beliefs and emotions that aren't serving you anymore.
I enjoy helping people and providing support, no matter if it is for meditation, mindfulness or art therapy.
I have practiced meditation and mindfulness for a few years myself. I started teaching meditation and mindfulness in 2018 as many of my friends enjoyed meditating with me and also pointed out that my calm nature and soothing voice made it easy for them to start a meditation practice. I was a teacher in my previous career so I can easily relate to others and adapt my teaching style to your needs.
During my own healing process I discovered my creativity and love for color. I had breakthroughs on my own journey of healing old and deep emotions and limiting beliefs with the help of art therapy and became certified in an experiential art therapy process that I now share with others.

About the lesson

I do individual and group lessons. Usually a lesson is 60 minutes. I teach you how to set up a sacred space in your home, how to create a calming and relaxing atmosphere and how to start a meditation/mindfulness practice from the very start.
For art therapy sessions 60 minutes is a good duration as it is important to focus. I can provide individual as well as group lessons.
