About Jill
MudHoe Pottery Studio is a small boutique studio with 8 pottery wheels and 3 work tables. I offer classes,workshops and private lessons. Online learning opportunities available.
I fell in love the moment I touched clay. I enjoyed it so much I wanted to share my enthusiam with others. My first teaching opportunity was at the Knoxville Fine Arts and Crafts Center. I taught children's clay classes.
I am a graduate of Maryville College and have a degree in ceramics, I've worked at the Knoxville Fine Arts and Craft Center, served as studio assistant in both places. Studied ceramics at the University of Tennessee and Oakridge Art Center. Managed SCCA located in Chattanooga Tennessee. I currently own my own studio, teach classes, workshops, private lessons and sell my art throughout the world
