About Olivia
I am an online tutor with around 3 years of experience tutoring various subjects across different levels. I am currently studying at the University of Otago, and I tutor in my spare time. I particularly have a lot of experience with NCEA level 2 chemistry and various mathematics standards, but I have tutoring experience beyond this as well.
I believe that every student is equally capable of great success, and I find it incredibly rewarding to guide students towards this success and support them on their learning journey. My students have a track record of academic success and surpassing their goals, and I greatly enjoy supporting them to achieve this.

My emphasis is on helping students achieve their personal goals. Whether they are aiming for the highest grades, want to understand content better, or simply hope to find more joy in the subject, I will take the time to help my students achieve this. As a tutor, I also believe it is important to take the time to learn and respond to different learning needs. I like to check in with the student to see what works and what doesn't to ensure effective and engaging learning.
