About Farhan
I’m a tech professional and part-time tutor who knows what it’s like to struggle with academics—I’ve failed exams before! But with smart strategies and hard work, I turned things around. I studied both SPM and IGCSE in high school, aced my A-levels, and graduated with first-class honours in Mechanical Engineering from a top university. My personal experience means I can adapt my teaching style to suit different learning needs. Let’s make maths less daunting and more doable.

My lessons are all about making concepts clear and accessible, no matter where you're starting from. I focus on practical techniques and a step-by-step approach to tackle tricky topics like algebra, trigonometry, and geometry. Each lesson typically lasts 1-2 hours, where I make sure to explain things slowly and check for understanding. I’ve worked with students from marginalized backgrounds who were struggling with GCSE Maths, turning consistent E and F grades into improvements. I specialize in SPM and GCSE Maths, and I prefer online lessons because I’ve found them to be highly effective. My goal is to make maths a bit less intimidating and much more manageable!
