About TARA
I became a nurse almost 10 years ago. I obtain my ADN originally then continued my education earning my BSN. I'm currently working on my MSN. I have a passion for nursing. I want to help others successfully begin their careers in this rewarding field. I started my career as a med/surg nurse. I enjoyed floor nursing but I wanted to expand my knowledge. I began working in an infusion therapy department as a charge nurse where I also mentored LPN and RN students. I have also worked for the Medicaid program for the aged and disabled. Currently, I'm a clinical nurse manager of a wound center where I also mentor LPN students. I've mentored many students through my career and enjoyed watching them learn. I've had many of my students thank me afterwards for helping them in their journey into the nursing profession. I hope to help others into through their nursing studies.
