About Macy Faith
As a dedicated educator with a dual degree in Psychology and Theater Arts from Loyola Marymount University (Summa Cum Laude, GPA: 3.98), I bring both academic rigor and creative energy to every tutoring session. My background in psychology gives me a strong foundation in learning theory, behavior management, and child development—essential tools for meeting students where they are and helping them grow. Combined with my training in theater, I’ve developed exceptional communication, public speaking, and presentation skills that allow me to connect with students of all ages in an engaging, empathetic, and personalized way.
Whether I’m teaching music fundamentals to young learners or helping students refine their writing and reading skills, my goal is always to foster confidence, curiosity, and clarity. I stay current in my field by actively engaging with educational research, practicing effective pedagogy, and continuously refining my communication techniques in both academic and creative settings.
