About Alex
I am able to simply explain key math concepts to students and help students be confident in their math abilities. I am best at helping students with homework and reviewing for tests and quizzes.
I love the satisfaction of helping a student understand a difficult subject. I also love to inspire students to pursue their goals regarding education.
I've always loved helping my peers understand the subjects we are learning and teaching my younger sister tips and tricks that I wish I knew when I was in certain math classes. Now I have the opportunity to work with even more people through this website and help them study and better understand their math.
I am currently enrolled in high level college math classes such as differential equations and often help my younger sister with her highschool math homework.

I let students work through problems themselves and jump in to help when they make a mistake or need to be pointed in the right direction
I've worked with other college kids my age during study sessions and have helped many highschool kids with their math homework.
A great tutor is confident and has experience teaching students. Another aspect of a great tutor is having fun while learning and making sure the session is engaging for the student. A student is more likely to retain the information if they are not bored and instead focused and having fun.
Recently my sister was so thankful I could help clarify and explain some of the mistakes she made on a test review. She now understands the material and is feeling confident for her math quiz coming up.

He was able to break the concepts down into simpler concepts that I could understand much better, highly recommend this guy
Alex was a great tutor, he was able to provide me with experienced problem solving techniques along with strategies that i could use not only use on my homework but also on my tests. When I had questions he was quick to respond and was very attentive our whole time working together, giving thorough feedback throughout really focusing in on spesifc details I would have missed otherwise. Overall Alex was a great tutor and I would highly recommend him for anyone.
