About Theresa
Hello! I am a student attending Stonybrook University pursuing a masters degree in teaching Mathematics (with a bachelors degree in pure mathematics). I have been tutoring students of all ages for 6 years now, I look forward to using my expertise to help students of all skill levels excel in mathematics.
Many students have the preconceived idea that "math is too hard" or "if I am not already good at math, I never will be." I strive to make more students enjoy math by constructing knowledge with them. I love it when a student tells me that I am the reason that they now enjoy math.
