About Jane
I am a homeschooling mom of 7. We started at pre-k and went all the way through highschool with each of the children. Each of them has either graduated from college or is now in college. Three attended college on scholarships.
I currently tutor elementary kids twice a week in my home. We cover all of the subjects. I also substitute teach at a local elementary.
A quality education is essential, but not every student responds to the same method. I take the time to get to know my students and construct a learning environment and program that best enables each student to most thoroughly understand and utilize the information learned.

I meet with the student and parents and we dialogue in order to best understand the needs. We review current and recent work in that subject and identify strengths and weaknesses. We then determine what course materials might best enhance the student's education.
