About Maxwell
My name is Max Gurman and in 2019 I graduated from the University of Miami with a double major in probability/statistics and economics with a minor in Italian. I have also recently attended the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, and I tutor for math as well as art. It is difficult for young students to think that learning math can be fun, but my top priority when tutoring math is to show to my student that anyone, especially them, can learn and understand math and have fun while doing it. Similarly, when it comes to art, I work with students to learn certain techniques and approaches that take away the mystery of how great art is made. When everything is learnable, anything is acheivable!
