About Jeffrey
My biggest strength is the ability to customize sessions together to best fit the student's needs. One size rarely fits all, so being able to understand the student's learning style and goals, has helped me in my decade-long experience of helping students reach their goals.

I have been tutoring for over a decade, in-person and online. It started with my job as a tutor at the Learning Support Services at University of Houston. I have since moved online, with a facebook page ("The Physics Tutor")
The thing I enjoy most is when students begin to get it.
I started at the Learning Support Services at University of Houston. With a positive attitude and flexible approach we can achieve our goals.
I have over a decade of hands-on experience. I also recieved a CRLA (College Reading Learning Association) Master level certification during my time tutoring Math and Physics at the University of Houston and sorrounding areas.

When I had first learned I was going to take physics 1 and 2 in college I was terrified. Physics seemed like an impossible task prior with all its complex equations and theories. Finding Jeffrey was one of the best things that happened to me. He was the precise reason that not only was I able to actually understand physics, but I actually did well and excelled in it! He worked patiently with me during our sessions explaining and answering every question I had no matter how big or small. If you not only want to ace physics, but actually understand I recommend him with the highest level of satisfaction.
Jeffrey helped my son in his IB Math in 11th grade. My son loved having lesson with him. We will definitely start classes with him again when my son needs it.
Jeffrey is an awesome tutor! He helped me by being super patient, letting me ask any questions and process the answers at my speed. If I needed to ask the question again, he was so great about encouraging me to ask as much as I needed and would go over the material as much as I needed to in order for me to master it. He's great!!
Jeffrey is a great tutor. He helped me with numerous classes/subjects over the years of my schooling, including physics, calculus, and ACT/SAT prep. He is great at breaking down the concepts and helping you understanding so you do well on exams, rather than just memorizing how to solve study problems. He is also very friendly and flexible in scheduling. I would highly recommend.
