Am Essie from kenya. Teaching is a passion as well as a career. Currently studying bachelors degree in education science (maths and chemistry). My goal and desire is to help students achieve better grades in maths and also have the +be altitude towards the subject.

When working with a student, most important aspect of the entire process is building a rapport.
When student struggle with various topics instilling confidence in students is essential to their success. Meet with students/parents to create detailed description of their current situation and desired results. Finding what student knows and the holes in the subject. Determine what to focus on and student's goals.
Students facing challenges and struggling with problems, take them on and overcome them. Middle schoolers (teenager transformation) wants to learn and challenge everything, I love challenges.
Enthusiasm for the job-teachers who truly believe in what they do and why.
Communication skill- able to communication with students property and understand them.
Teacher with patience - must remain calm and continue to work with the child no matter their struggles and low level grades
The student should know their teacher /professor, mentor, speak up and set goals.
