About Bruno
I have been tutoring for several years. I have taught many different ages and subjects. I was raised bilingual and can teach english, spanish, and french.
I am currently taking a gap year before my last year of college. I can teach from kids to college students.
My main focus is chemistry, but as a result I have had to learn to appreciate math.
I started tutoring when my school counselor reached out to me after his friends asked him for a tutor. I started tutoring two kids, one 8 years old and the other 10, in spanish, my native tongue. I tutored them for several years before college moved me out of town.
While I have no formal tutoring training or certifications, my training has been actual tutoring. I have tutored from kids as young as 8 years old in spanish to college students in calculus.
My tutoring education has been my own personal education. Since I can remember, my best form of studying a topic was to tutor my friends. Almost everything I have learned I am comfortable tutoring.

Each student is different so my process for each student varies. However, with all students I like to learn their interests, hobbies, favorite subjects, and other personal interests to learn how to communicate with them as best as I can.
I have worked with kids, and I have worked with college students. I have worked with students who didn't want to learn at the moment and I have worked with students who paid full attention. I can handle any kind of student.
I would tell them to make sure that they get a teacher that is friendly, but not so friendly that no work gets done. A fun teacher is great and can inspire a love for a subject, but sometimes the fun gets in the way depending on the situation.
