About Hunter
Having tutored hundreds of high school and university students, I have an established history of raising my students' average test scores by 10-15%+ by building a positive but challenging environment that focuses on creative association and understanding, not rote memorization.
What I enjoy most about teaching is the challenge of getting to know my student's areas of strength and improvement and the reward of seeing them succeed. Learning and comprehension are unique to every individual - cultivating an environment that works for the student's learning style and makes lessons relatable is key.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with honors from Kansas State University. During my time at K-State, I tutored both privately and for the college of engineering in several subjects including Calculus 1/2/3, Physics 1/2, and Chemistry.
