About Louis
I have studied in various Martial Arts, have added nutrition and supplements for pre and post workouts at the overall rate for the clients commitment. No time to shop and cook, that's ok I have provided it and have applied specific needs to the clients goals in health and time schedules.
The funding I receive goes back into our communities and clients, also helps fund and establish our youths for a financial stability.
Started with coaching my son, then others throughout the various gyms, non profits that I attend.

Start with the fundamentals, and develop the techniques, while implementing strength and conditioning and a nutritional diet, to develop the positive habits of becoming mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally strong.
