About Kathryn
Expert English teacher. Graduated with highest honors with a degree in English. TESOL certified. Professional writer, teacher and tutor for adults and children for more than thirty-five years.
Whether you are a native speaker who struggles with reading, writing or speaking the English language or a non-native student looking to improve your conversational or professional speaking skills, I'm here to help!
I have more than thirty-five years of professional tutoring of both children and adults. I taught English abroad in Europe, tutored children and college students here in the U.S., currently tutor children and adults from around the world online and teach my own son at home. I have expertise in reading, spelling and writing disabilities. I'm able to tutor from home. I use a mix of structured and unstructured curriculum to help keep our lessons fun, relaxed and educational. I'm a big fan of using games to make it engaging and different.
