Clients pay for first session via Paypal, Venmo, Square or Cash Apps. Then, we schedule the best date & time. The first session is two hours minimum, as this helps us quickly get acquainted to expedite the next steps for your relationship goals.
I recommend that clients schedule when they will have a half hour before sessions to compose their thoughts & objectives for that session, and after sessions to integrate what they are learning by resting or taking a walk or journaling.
