About Robyn
I offer relationship coaching for women, men and couples who are ready to transform their relationships from frustrating to fulfilling and from disconnected to connected.
I offer body-centered coaching and a somatic approach to developmental trauma. Clients get transformation very quickly by drawing on their body intelligence.
Our work together is powerful and even fun at times!
I work with self-esteem, communication, relationship struggles, life purpose, fear, and other core issues.
I see clients in Arcata and online with Zoom video calls.
Training: Hendricks Institute 2-year training, NARM Institute developmental Trauma training, 24 years as a yoga teacher trained in Anusara, Forrest and Integrative Yoga Therapy and Hanna Somatic Education.
