About Matthew
I want to motivate and inspire people by teaching the art of kickboxing. Learning the basic fundamentals of kickboxing will improve health and help you accomplish your fitness goals. If your tired of big gym atmosphere or just looking for a change in your health goals then I would love to work with you!
I have been teaching for a 2 years while competing myself in kickboxing. I have a deep relationship with martial arts, since childhood, which has helped me overcome obstacles in my life. As an art form I have seen it transform people in ways they didn't realize and thats what inspires me to teach. Whether its competing or looking to gain self confidence kickboxings a great way to achieve your fitness goals.
I've always had the passion to teach. Being around great teachers and coaches I decided one day I would fullfil that desire.
I am getting NASM certified as a personal trainer. I will be taking the test in May of this 2021.

I like to take students through the fundamentals while providing new ways to add to their range of motion and gain functional strength. My overall goal is for people to have fun. I believe if they don't enjoy what they are doing it will impede on their workout goals.
I've worked all types of levels of students from beginners to advanced. The most important thing is that you trust the person you are working with.
Always ask if you can watch a class they are teaching or at least try an intial session before signing up with someone. The relationship between each other is important.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Any physical impairments that would cause any potential injuries would be important to devulge to a potential teacher or trainer.

Details
I try to give people a chance to feel out whether they want to work with me. First intro session is $35. If a client would like to sign up for more I have $40 per session per session base or $30 per session if they sign up for 5 sessions.
