About Skylar

Here at Sunside, we pride ourselves in providing not only lessons in riding, but care for your horse and attention to detail. Riders learn to groom, feed, tack up, and look for any scratches or bite marks on their horses. As they progress, they will have the opportunity to learn to care for injuries, rescue horses, learn how to put on blankets, turn out horses, and understand the signs of lameness or illness. At Sunside, our students become Educated and talented riders, while becoming incredibly rounded young people.

I always wanted to teach because I have always loved the horses, and I'm knowledgeable in the subject. Thus is what I am best at

I have been riding horses for 20 years, the head trainer at Subside has been riding for 30 plus years, and training for about 25. We love our work and want every student to excel
