About Carter
As an honors graduate of the Portland State University History program, I am uniquely qualified to tutor in all areas of writing, reading, essay formatting, argument construction, and research methods related to the study of world history.
I began my educational career working as a SPED assistant with MESD, and continued on with a role working for Riverdale School District -- Oregon's #1 ranked school district for multiple years running. In short I can work with just about anyone, and I have the expertise to help any student reach top-level academic success.
I currently hold Bachelor of Arts in History from the Portland State University Honors College. In addition I am currently pursuing my Master of Science degree in Historic Preservation from the University of Oregon.
in terms of direct tutoring, I have over three years of professional educational experience in primary and secondary education, and have the ability to assist student late in math, reading, writing, and social skills.
