About Rich
I get excited when I see the look in my students eyes when they hear themselves making music!! My Method of teaching is so easy and fundamental that the student plays and learns some music theory at the same time!!
I enjoy everything about music and especially teaching to anyone who wants to learn. I have a method I use for beginner students that have never played a note of music ever, that they play on the first lesson!!
I have been playing guitar for 36 years I was All State Jazz Guitarist in 1988 I received numerous outstanding soloist awards at Jazz Festivals. I studied Music education for 2YRS at Trinidad State Junior College. I Played in Jazz Bands Rock Bands, CountryBands and Christian Bands.I have a Awesome repertoire with the people I played with in the past. I enjoy teaching!!!

I meet with them I teach them the note names of the strings along with finger exercises to get their fingers limber. I teach them a1 or 2 chords to practice daily. This is how I get beginners started,and it depends on the student everyone learns at their own pace. I am very passionate about teaching anyone who wants to learn. Children,adults it doesn't matter if you want to learn and are motivated I can teach you.
