About Siobhan
I have been an MFL teacher for over 30 years. I have taught languages in both primary and secondary schools and also to adults in the wider community.

Students who have been taught by me regularly achieve above target performance in GCSE Spanish and their results surpass those of similar AQA centres. I achieve these results through having a thorough knowledge of what is required by the exam board and am an examiner for the AQA exam board. (Higher Spanish Speaking).
I provide challenging, stimulating and engaging lessons and I aim to ensure that misconceptions are addressed and practised. I include enrichment activities to further develop students' cultural awareness and curiosity for the language being learnt. This may be through the use of music, dance, food, art and film.
Typical length of a lesson would be 60 mins.
I have 30+years of teaching exam classes in both French and Spanish. I can definitely help you to get the grades you want if you are studying for exams and can also help you if you are not and want to learn the language for your own personal enjoyment.
