My philosophy was grounded in my trial and errors as a player and experience as a professional.
If common themes now, youth athletes are doing too little strength training, and older athletes are doing too much strength training. My focal point has transitioned to more skill work and teaching athletes the mental and IQ aspects of the game to play faster and with more confidence.
My experience includes strength and conditioning and/or performance-based positions with the Washington Redskins, the Georgetown University Hoyas, and football coaching positions at the semi-pro and high school levels.
I am certified through the NSCA as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and through NASM as a performance-enhancement specialist!
With almost 20 years of experience within the training and football worlds, over 30 of my athletes have Division 1A and Division 1AA football.
At the ground level, I was an All-State (football) player, was a 3-year starter at Georgetown University (running back and defensive back), and completed my career after a tryout with the Washington Redskins!

Goal-Setting and an Evaluation is the initial phase of training, to provide a recommendation of focus areas and limiting factors.
Secondly, we set a roadmap on frequency of training, based on set objectives as a football player.
My training varies between 9 and 10 year olds with no experience to young adults preparing for the NFL combine and potential NFL careers!

Now what you are looking for and be assertive in what You want to come from the training - having no goals lends itself to lessened direction.
Despite COVID, college football and the NFL are up and running, YES!!!!
