About Ty

I was introduced to football at age 4 years old, so I quickly established my passion & hunger for the game. After playing at St. Xavier in one of the toughest division in the country, I began to really understand the intricacies of the sport.

After a few stellar seasons under Friday night lights, I recieved a football scholarship to Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Ohio where I started as a freshman on the defensive line and majored in Early Childhood Education & Theology. After securing the University's first ever Championship after my sophomore season, I was invited to NFL Pro Days with the Cincinnati Bengals, Indianapolis Colts, Cleveland Browns & Detroit Lions! That exposure enticed me to play one final season at ODU and then enter the NFL Draft, but unfortunately, a preseason injury sidelined me the following year and the recovery process was too intense to overcome at that time.

..anti climactic, I know..

However, I still have a deep love for the game and I understand how every position works together.

This is my first endeavor as an "online" coach, but I'm extremely confident that young athletes who love football will have FUN with each practice and also learn a lot about their specific position. Most of the drills will be interactive to where I'll probably be running and sweating just as much as your child. As an Early Childhood EDU major, I enjoy working with kids and challenging them to be great at whatever they have passion for (even outside of sports).

The athlete's age & experience level will be taken into account before crafting a comprehensive program specifically for them. The first practice will be strictly intros & icebreakers where we will do some stretching, light drills and a few fun activities. I also would like that initial day to be spent on learning about the goals your athlete has for themselves & their team this season.
