About Rae
Pinnacle Fitness Center is a functional training program specializing in weight loss and athletic performance. We use a mixture of interval training, strength training and customized nutritional counseling to produce amazing results for our clients. At Pinnacle Fitness Center you will receive high quality fitness training with timely results.
Our staff loves working with new clients. Whether you want to lose a few pounds off the waist or need a full body transformation; our staff will be there to support your goals. Each of our personal trainers are certified and have the education needed to help achieve your next fitness level.
Each of our trainers have bachelor degrees and also hold personal training certifications. Also our owner David Nash is a renowned nutritionist who creates customized nutrition plans for both Pinnacle Fitness Center facilities.

I always enjoy working out with Rae. I love working out at 5am and this is the best 5am workout in Cobb county. Rae makes sure we have a good warm up and jamming music because it's so early. The workout is never the same they know how to change it up and keep it challenging. This gym is so convenient, 10mins away from my house. THE BEST!!!! Love the variety of workouts and the fact that the classes are always challenging
I'm a year in with Pinnacle Fitness and I LOVE it! The classes are small, workouts challenging and different each day, and the instructors are amazing at motivating you. The best part are the workouts change EVERY day! I actually look forward to working out now, which is something I've never felt before. Give Pinnacle a try, and I promise you'll never look back!

I like the fact that I went saying, I am not scoring touchdowns and when I left, I was scoring multiple times per game.
